Our Story
My name is Jacob Preisser “The Flannel Man” and I am the founder of Preisser Property Solutions, LLC & Flannel Fleet Construction, LLC.
I was introduced to the world of "hands-on work" as a young teenager. A close friend's father generously took me under his wing, gave me a job collecting the used materials that scattered his worksites and taught me the meaning of hard work. My first “real job” was as an electrician. I worked my way up through the ranks to earn a coveted supervisor position.
I spent years in the construction, renovation, and property maintenance industries. I enjoyed the work I did and the people I worked with, but always had the feeling that there was a better way. In 2015 after years of putting in the time, learning from some of the best in the business, managing countless teams, and truly mastering my craft I felt it was time to take the reigns and pen my own chapter in the world of business ownership.
A lot has changed since my teenage days collecting scrap at constructions sites for cash, and my drive to create a team that has the same values as I do.
The Flannel Fleet Construction Team has a relentless work ethic, a drive to exceed every customer's expectation, exceptional customer communication, and over 50 yeats of combined quality craftsmanship that we make sure goes into every job we do no matter the size or cost!
